Len is a Canadian author and educator specializing in the areas of Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Change. Len has served on the Board of Directors of a number of non-profit organizations including the Kamloops YMCA/YWCA, the Ontario Library Services Board and is an ambassador with Canada's Write to Read (W2R) organization in British Columbia.
